Yes! All Old Oregon photos are sold with an unconditional money-back guarantee. If for any reason our prints do not meet your expectations, you may return them for a full refund. To qualify, you must return the photos in unused condition within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we shipped you the wrong items, in which case we will pay for the shipping.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within a week of their purchase date. If you need something urgently, please contact us.

Our standard paper is a heavyweight resin coated photo luster paper - essentially a semi-gloss - from Breathing Color. It produces prints with deep blacks and bright whites and is both scratch and water resistant.

Note cards always ship for free. For archival prints shipped to the USA, we charge $5 per shipment - no matter how many prints you order. For international orders, we charge $10 per shipment. For canvas wraps, we charge $10 per shipment in the USA and $20 per shipment to Canada. We do not at this time ship canvas wraps to other countries.
