FAQ - Printing Details

Can you print in true black and white instead of sepia?

Yes. While this choice is not offered by the website, you may contact us by email, phone or by using the contact form to arrange for this and other special requests.

What type of paper do you use for archival prints?

Our standard paper is a heavyweight resin coated photo luster paper - essentially a semi-gloss - from Breathing Color. It produces prints with deep blacks and bright whites and is both scratch and water resistant.

Can I place my order by phone?

Certainly. Please give us a call at 503-504-5423.

For both cards and envelopes, we use a paper from Red River called Polar Matte. It is a heavy weight 60 lb. paper.

17M Satin Canvas from Breathing Color. It's a tightly woven 65% cotton / 35% polyester blend, and features incredible scuff protection, moisture resistance, and added UV defense.

What type of printer and inks do you use?

We use Canon iPF PRO series printers and their sets of 12 Canon Lucia pigment inks.
