Faq - Shipping & Delivery

What is your turn-around time?

Most items are printed to order, and ship within two workdays. Canvas wraps take a little longer, and ship within one week. Digital files can usually be prepared and delivered within one day. Large orders or custom work can take longer. We will give you a firm estimate before you place your order.

How do you pack your items?

Note cards (and their envelopes) are packaged individually in clear envelopes. Archival prints up to 11x14 inches are packaged flat with a backing board in clear envelopes. Archival prints larger than 11x14 are rolled, placed in a plastic sleeve, and then packed in a slightly larger heavy-duty cardboard tube. Canvas wraps are carefully wrapped and shipped in cardboard cartons. Archival prints each include a peel-and-stick label that can be applied to the back of the framed photo. For canvas wraps, the label is already attached to the back.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Note cards always ship for free. For archival prints shipped to the USA, we charge $5 per shipment - no matter how many prints you order. For international orders, we charge $10 per shipment. For canvas wraps, we charge $10 per shipment in the USA and $20 per shipment to Canada. We do not at this time ship canvas wraps to other countries.

What shipper do you use?

We ship by US Postal Service, using Priority Mail, First Class, or Standard Post (for larger packages). This means we can ship to post office boxes.

Do you offer will-call?

Yes. You can choose this option at check-out and you will not be charged for shipping. However, we ask that you make an appointment to make sure we'll be here when you arrive. We are located at 1296 12th Street, West Linn, Oregon 97068.

Do you ship outside the USA?

We currently ship everything except canvas wraps internationally. Canvas wraps are shipped to the US and Canada. For international orders, our standard shipping charge is $10 per order. For canvas wraps shipped to Canada, shipping is $20 per order.
