There's lots of transportation, and bit of construction, going on in this view looking southwest at the corner of 3rd and Glisan. Not just one, but two electric trolleys are joined by a heavy-duty wagon hauling either firewood or stone. The only internal combustion vehicle is a car that can be seen by peering through the horse-drawn wagon on the right. The one-story building on the corner, under all those signs, still stands - now the home of the Dirty Duck Pub. The two buildings to the right are no longer there. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
