This highly-detailed town view of Klamath Falls is recreated from a glass negative by Howard Tibbitts, long-time photographer for Southern Pacific and their Sunset Magazine.

Many buildings can be seen clearly and identified. Click on detail views 1 and 2 for a better look. Thus the image lends itself to larger prints.

As examples, in detail 1 can be seen the imposing Klamath County High School, built in 1905. In detail view 2 can be seen the mouth of the Link River, with among other buildings, the Baldwin Hotel, also built in 1905.
