Created in 1915 by an unknown photographer, this view shows the Broadway Bridge, looking towards the west, two years after its completion. You can find much the same view today from North Interstate Avenue. Detail view one shows a closer view of the sternwheeler, with a sign for "Violet Oats", a cereal made by Albers Mills, on a warehouse on the far side. Detail view two shows some of the bridge structure, with the "Albers Dock No. 3" sign visible on top of another building near the shore. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
