The Watchmen, on the left, and Hillman Peak, on the right, dominate the rim of Crater Lake in this image recreated from a hand-tinted original by Kunselman and Gerking. The end of Wizard Island can be seen in the lake. Elton Kunselman and Jonathon Gerking were partners in Medford for only about one year, but during that time were able to publish a significant number of photos of Medford and of Crater Lake.
