Our original print for this image is identified as "Trestle, Lake Oswego, Ore." in period handwriting in pencil on the back.
Our original print for this image is identified as "Trestle, Lake Oswego, Ore." in period handwriting in pencil on the back. However, after asking several local historians we are unable to precisely locate this scene.
If you know where this is, please let us know. It may be somewhere else in Oregon. The electric lines shown in detail view 1 provide a hint.. In any event, it's a sharp and nicely composed view showing a well-maintained flume from the early 1900s.
