Besides selling tires, Northwest Auto, based in Portland, was the regional distributor for the REO Motor Car Company, the manufacturer of its delivery vehicle. REO stood for Ransom E. Olds, who started the company after selling his first company - Olds Motor Works.
Miller Tires were manufactured by the Miller Rubber Company, one of a number of tire manufacturers in the Akron, Ohio area. Miller Rubber was absorbed by Goodrich at the beginning of the Depression.
