Front and center is Station B, the third-oldest operating hydro plant in the U.S. Behind it and across the river are paper mills and other industry. Detail view 1 shows the distinctive arched windows that can still be seen on the power plant today - now known as the T. W. Sullivan Plant in honor of the engineer who guided its reconstruction after the flood of 1890. Detail view 2 takes us across the river to Mills B and C of the Hawley Paper Company, which eventually became today's Blue Heron Paper Company. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
