This is the "back side" of downtown Oregon City, captured by postcard photographer Ralph Eddy at the end of World War II. Shown in detail view 1 is the old Mission Revival version of the Elks Lodge, in front of the arch bridge. In detail 2 can be seen what appears to be apartments that used to stand behind the Busch Building.
