An unusual view of Mitchell's point, looking at it from a distance rather than the classic photos taken from inside the "windowed" tunnel. Detail view 1 better shows the five openings in the tunnel for the Columbia River Highway, completed about the time of this photograph. One of many photos taken by Kiser to promote the opening of the highway.
