This image is reproduced from an early print by Oregon landscape photographer Fred Kiser.
This image is reproduced from an early print by Oregon landscape photographer Fred Kiser. On the back it is identified as being from Kiser's Scenic America Company, which helped popularize Crater Lake, Glacier National Park, and many other scenes throughout the Pacific Northwest.
I'd be grateful if anyone can identify more specifically the location of this image. It is striking as most scenes along the Deschutes are. Lots of geology, not too many trees.
