The foreground cross street is Yamhill; the next cross street is Morrison. The Pioneer Courthouse grounds are across Sixth Street to the right. The 1892 Oregonian Building, with its tower, is in the left background. At 154 feet high, it was the tallest building in Portland until 1911.
