Adams Department Store in Oregon City did a lot of business with local mill workers. Their sign states this is the second shipment of 300 "mill shoes" they'd received in a month.
The salesman in the center is Ralph Miller, born in 1862 to Thomas and Marian Miller, pioneer residents of the Oregon City area. If you can identify any of the others, please let me know.
