These buildings of Barracks Row are across the parade grounds from the better-known Officers Row at Vancouver Barracks. The mid 1800s era buildings of Officers Row were transferred to the City of Vancouver in 1984, and have since been restored. The early 1900s buildings of East Barracks shown here, are now (2013) in the process of being transferred to the National Parks Service, which has long-term plans to rehabilitate them.
