This well-composed view shows the concrete Pacific Highway entering Oregon City. Then a national highway, 99E was removed from the federal system in 1972. This photo was taken near the end of Ralph Eddy's career as a postcard photographer, and shows the careful composition and high quality found in most of his postcard negatives.
