Part of a series of photos detailing the production steps at the Oregon City Woolen Mills, this view shows us the room used for drying the wool after it had been washed. Even for the non-technical minded this is a great photo. Natural light and a few bare bulbs combine to create a wonderful interplay of textures, in the context of the Oregon-grown timbers and other lumber used in the mill. All in all, it's a lot of wool. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
