Details
This view of the Upper Bridge on the Indian River above Sitka, Alaska, was made by one of the Partridge brothers in the late 1880s.
We assume it was Edward in 1887, based on the negative number and the fact it was purchased with two of his other views.
The Indian River empties into Sitka Sound at what is now Sitka National Historic Park, southeast of the older part of town.
