A great group portrait of a salmon fishing crew showing off their catch, likely near the mouth of the Columbia. The second fellow from the right appears to be the supervisor.

The process is seine fishing, which was legal in Oregon until 1948. (It was outlawed in Washington in 1934.) You can see from this photo the size of fish being taken in 1900. It's also a great photo of the men who worked the nets.
