Mount Hood is definitely the focus of this image by Ralph Eddy, though some details of Cloud Cap Inn can be clearly seen in the lower left. The Inn, built in 1889, sits on the north flank of Mt. Hood, on the opposite side from Timberline Lodge.
While no longer functioning as an inn, Cloud Cap is the centerpiece of Forest Service led tours in the summertime. For many years it has been maintained by the Crag Rats, a volunteer mountain rescue organization.
