This photo of an early Reddaway truck was taken shortly after the company was founded in 1919, by the Reddaway family of Oregon City. Today, USF Reddaway is the oldest and largest trucking company in Oregon, with 58 full-service terminals and over 2500 employees, of whom 1500 are drivers.
Note the two detail views. Detail view 1 shows the basic interior of the cab, while detail view 2 shows an early gas pump. When compared to 1900, only twenty years earlier, the technology in this photo is impressive.
