Details
This view shows the depot and store shortly after they were built in 1910, when the Mount Hood Railroad was extended south to Parkdale at the foot of Mount Hood.
The railroad still operates today, offering narrated excursion trips up the Hood River Valley between Hood River and Parkdale.
The buildings did not fare as well, as both burned years ago. McIsaac's Store was rebuilt, and is still open for business. The depot, however, is long gone.
