Details

An unidentified parade marches south on Sixth Street in Grants Pass. The previous owner of the original photo thought it might be a GAR (Grand Army of the Republic) parade. The Grants Pass Depot can be seen to the left, this side of the freight train crossing Sixth Street. That would place "G" street just this side of the depot. A number of stores can be identified in a full-sized print, including the Jewell Hardware Co. and the City Market. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
