This is the breath-taking view that awaited Mt. Hood climbers in the 1910s, and still awaits them today. Captured by Frank Patterson of Hood River, who advertised "Outdoor Photos of All Kinds. Landscapes, Views, Stereograms. Order by Mail." I guess by selling online we're following in his footsteps. -- This photo is restored and printed by Old Oregon.
