This portrait was created by Lulu Tollman of Eugene, who operated the Tollman Studio in Eugene from 1907 thru 1911, after her divorce from her photographer husband John W. Tollman. She was a fine photographer in her own right, serving as vice-president of the Photographer's Association of the Pacific Northwest, and winning the Salon award from that organization in 1908.
